WELCOME! I’M dr. stacey cordivano

I want veterinarians to find more joy

You are legitimately SO busy. Clients are becoming more and more demanding. Your staff is overworked and you can’t find anyone else to hire. The student debt load is crushing. No one ever explained how to save money or run a business.

Not a single person even mentioned to you that veterinarians have one of the highest suicide rates of all professional careers.

hustle for joy

I see you.

BEEN THERE. felt that burnout. BUT YOU DON’T HAVE TO STAY STUCK.

The Whole Veterinarian Podcast aims to talk with outside-of-the-box thinkers that can share new ideas on ways to increase the joy in the lives of veterinarians. Our struggles are many and we face unique challenges. There are probably even a few tips that non-vets can take away, too!

From mindfulness to parenting to fitness and personal finance, I hope to start a dialogue about how we veterinarians can grow as people, not just as professionals.

hey there!

I’m Dr. Stacey Cordivano

LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

Fueled by equal parts coffee and passion, I spend my days managing horses who like to hurt themselves and kids who do about the same thing.

I am a woman, wife, mother, equine vet and continual learner. I have realized that by focusing on my personal development, rather than just my professional CE, I have been able to get back to a place of happiness within veterinary medicine. I hope to share resources that will allow you to do the same thing.

STACEY

“I like to think of The Whole Veterinarian as a podcast that addresses vets as “whole” people. We all know that we are more than just our careers, but our daily lives don’t always reflect that. Stacey’s interviews and topic-based episodes help to give us a broader perspective.”

“What a wonderful idea for all the veterinarians (and surely good advice for non-veterinarians, as well) who feel lost, need guidance, or just want to feel connected to someone who ‘gets it.'”

How to Create a Strategic Life Plan

This exercise was a game changer for me. It was the starting point to realizing that I could create a life that I love instead of letting life and work run all over me. Check it out and let me know if you need any help getting started.
