We've all got to start somewhere, right? 2018 was the year that it became clear I was failing miserably at running my "life." It took a lyme disease diagnosis, an emergency appendectomy one hour after cooking an entire thanksgiving meal and the loss of a friend's child to shake me out of my everyday grind.
